In Colombia, the Intangible Cultural Heritage is composed of the rhythms and melodies of the different musical traditions, the cosmogony and oral traditions, the rituality and ceremony of Holy Week, the carnivals and festivities that celebrate life and death, the colorful dances and parades and the sacred knowledge systems of our farmers and communities. The PCI manifests itself through the wisdom of the artisan, who puts at the service of his own art and crafts, the ancestral knowledge transmitted by his grandparents, is also reflected in the local flavors of a delicious dish directly served on the table.
